I enjoy helping and working with individuals who have a variety of needs to obtain overall wellness. These include, but are not limited to, substance abuse, mood disorders, attachment disorders, bereavement, adjustment disorders, chronic mental illness, personality disorders, depression & anxiety, PTSD, trauma, foster care and adoptive children and their caregivers and ADHD. I focus on goal oriented, strength-based wellness and wrap around service model. I believe life was never meant to be a struggle, and overcoming those struggles can be the beginning of a new life. I have training in interventions and treatment approaches that include, but are not limited to, Parent/Child Interaction Therapy, Ego-State Therapy, Dissociative Disorders, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Trauma Systems Therapy and Nurturing Parenting. I enjoy working with families, children and adolescents and individuals of all ages, including children as young as 3 yrs old. I am also able to provide services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.
