My focus is in individual counseling with children, adolescents, and adults. My experience spans community counseling as well as counseling in school settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression as well as teaching life and social skills. My therapeutic approach is from a strengths perspective; I believe that the client has multiple strengths. I focus on assessing the strengths of the client and emphasize them in the helping relationship.
