After having been in practice for a number of years, I understand that therapy can be a very scary process. I was honored to be chosen and contracted by the hit TV show "THE DOCTORS" to work with one of their chosen case studies. I practice a systems perspective of therapy meaning that people are comprised of an accumulation of family dynamics, life's events and attachments. I practice eclectic therapy styles to meet the client within their own comfort zone .Because of my belief that therapy should be affordable, I utilize a sliding scale for affordable services. My focus includes depression, anxiety and grief. I have an emphasis on family systems therapy. I am EMDR trained therapist which I utilize for trauma, grief and esteem issues; Screamfree Parenting and Screamfree Marriage Certified Leader: Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counselor. I utilize a sliding scale for affordable services. I offer a strong business background with 23 years at a Fortune 500 company. Clients have asked me to work with them on maneuvering corporate environments and creating business plans. I do utilize a greatly reduced sliding scale to offer affordable services.
