I believe that individuals have the right to make their own choices, to be present in the here and now, to create a sense of meaning and purpose to their lives, and to be able to enjoy their choices by accepting themselves, their life circumstances, and to live life to the fullest. My M.S. degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) , a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I). Counseling is a collaboration between the client and counselor. I strive to provide a safe environment where individuals can develop their self-awareness and internal sense of empowerment. Optimal wellness is the goal for all clients.. I offer holistic wellness approaches,EMDR therapy, and Expressive Therapies such as Bibliography, Art and Music Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy in conjunction with individualized client sessions and treatment plans.
