Finding the right therapist is an important first step in working toward your personal goals. In my practice, I offer a nonjudgmental and safe environment in which we build our therapeutic relationship, an important element for healing. I am bilingual (English and Spanish) and can comfortably offer therapy in both languages. I recognize that every person is different and I offer an individualized treatment approach that best addresses each person's unique needs and overall goals. I work with young adults, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in helping individuals who are dealing with stress, relationship issues, difficult life transitions, grief, anger, anxiety, depression and chronic health issues.
