I truly believe in the idea that there are numerous ways to solving problems and work closely with clients to enable each individual and family to reach their goals and potential through non-pathologizing, non- judgemental communication. I utilize cutting edge methodologies and constantly challenge the status quo to enable my clients to feel better fast and to create lasting change. I am a certified Hypnotherapist and use this to help clients with issues like anxiety, pain, and depression. I am not the traditional therapist and if you are looking for a new, fresh perspective, please give me a call. In my opinion, it's not people that are sick, its problems in relationships that cause symptoms of pathology. My specialty is recognizing the patterns within a person's relationships that are causing a person or person's distress and working to change behaviors and thinking to alter these patterns. I feel that it is very important to the client/therapist relationship that I am accessible and available to my clients both by text, phone, or email, and that clients can have their questions and concerns dealt with in a quick, efficient manner.
