I am able to help you through this process by looking at how you may be able to change your thoughts and behaviors for increased success. Together we will look at what is or has worked for you in the past and build upon that for future success as well as find new solutions. I treat individuals holistically, getting to the root cause instead of just putting a band-aid over the problem. SATURDAY appointments available! I effectively work with teens, couples, and adults. As a relationship counselor I use an attachment based theory to help you reconnect and not just put out the fires. I treat teenagers with respect, meet them at their level, and help them to build confidence and skills. I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist and use hypnotherapy to treat disorders as well as for personal growth. I can also conduct past life regressions.
