Welcome! I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Just about all of us hit some bumps on the road as we journey through this wonderful adventure called life and I consider it my personal privilege to join with you as you navigate those bumps. I see each person as a unique individual (not a diagnosis!) and believe that YOU are ultimately the expert on YOU. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental listener who can help you see your dilemmas in new ways that generate hope and creative solutions that work for YOU. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, including children and teens. I have helped people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, the effects of childhood trauma, loss, grief, life changes and parenting issues. More specifically, I have experience working with both women and men with a history of sexual trauma. I am comfortable with people from diverse cultures, ethnicities, religions and lifestyles. Having navigated my own bumps in the road with the help of therapy, I know what it feels like to seek help, and I look forward to helping you!
