My primary focus is to help you find solutions for the concerns you bring to counseling. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am qualified to work with couples, families, and individuals. I utilize solution-focused techniques to build hope and create change. I also work from a systemic approach to improve your relationships. I have been trained as a Christian counselor and can include those services upon request. However, I will respect those who do not desire to include a spiritual component.
