I feel fortunate to walk alongside my clients as they strive for recovery. While I enjoy working with clients struggling with a multitude of concerns, I particularly enjoy helping clients struggling with anorexia, binge eating disorder, couple distress, anxiety/OCD, depression, and trauma reach their potential. My experience with these populations is extensive as is my commitment to providing my clients with research supported treatment. I have specialized training in Maudsley/FBT and also completed my dissertation on the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder. I bring an empathic, integrative perspective to the therapy relationship and would love to support you on your path toward health.
