My main focus as a therapist is to help you get to know yourself really well so you can be comfortable and confident being you. You want to make some changes in yourself and in your life, but the fact is, you can't really change something if you don't know what it is and how it works. Together we'll explore your inner world to discover your strengths, hopes, dreams, challenges, and deep-felt emotions. All parts of you and your experiences will be welcomed with curiosity and compassion. Judgement can stay outside. My training is eclectic and holistic. I consider all parts of a person - past, present, future, known, and unquantifiable. I believe that we each have the capacity to grow and change, and each have inner knowledge of what we need so we can flourish in our lives. Clients describe me as easy to open up to, and very real and honest. When I have an opinion, a strong sense, or a teaching story from my own life, I might share it with you. We will probably laugh a lot, and we may even share a tear.
