We get started on our work by setting objective goals together, based on your individual needs. Sometimes you may have clear goals in mind while others discover and clarify their goals through the process of therapy. I ask questions to help you make connections in your life and shed light on the underlying issues. Together we identify obstacles so you can start to overcome them. Seeking help is a signal that you are ready to feel better and take care of yourself, a sign of real strength. I work with indviduals and couples as they encounter challenges and obstacles that arise from life transitions. Client come to me for help with low self-esteem, anxiety, stress and depression. Many are dealing with relationship issues or struggles with parenting. I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, sexual abuse and domestic violence.
