The #1 complaint I get, is " I can't turn off my mind!" Using the newest evidenced based behavioral and cognitive therapy I attack insomnia from every direction. Many of my patients are Type A, highly successful people who have realized that sleep effects their performance in many ways. My patients are incredibly busy people so I have multiple methods of communication available (in-person, Skype, and phone) to meet their needs. Not all of my patients have insomnia, many simply want to improve the quality of their sleep so they can have more energy and really live when awake. Insomnia and sleep quality specialists are rare. Most sleep doctors treat apnea, narcolepsy and other sleep disorders and try to avoid people with sleeplessness or poor quality sleep.
