The depression, anxiety, panic and relationship issues we experience are often signals that we need to stop and explore new ways of managing or new ways of thinking. Sometimes the stressors in our lives become overwhelming. Transitions for children, teens, young adults and even older adults can be daunting, scary and full of stress. It is often so helpful to take the time to explore new solutions or new perspectives and in my office we work together to make this happen. In this therapeutic process, you will safely and effectively learn to manage present time difficulties as well as heal past emotional injuries and loss. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a holistic approach to counseling. I work with children, teens and adults, using traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and plenty of fun and creativity. In my office, children learn new skills for success, teens gain self confidence and adults find fulfillment for themselves and their families. I believe in the human spirit's natural instinct for healing. When I am working with a person, I feel it is my privilege and honor to be the one holding the safe space where the learning and growth occurs. It is with curiosity and non-judgment that I begin this journey with my clients.
