Welcome and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Part of my job is to help you reach your therapeutic goals by giving you the tools you need to correct the difficulties you may be experiencing. I want to empower you to change those things you want to change. Remember, there is always a solution, and together we can find it. I work closely with people that are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma; families and couples that are struggling with their relationships; and children that are experiencing trauma and/or behavioral challenges. My specialized trainings include Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Clinical Hypnosis, HEP C Peer Education, Pre-Marital Counseling, Directional Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and more. While specialized trainings are important, I believe in finding the approach that best suits my clients rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
