I enjoy working with people ready to create stronger skills for improving their mood, creating effectiveness in their lives, and growing stronger relationships. As these goals can feel like a big undertaking, I strive to create a collaborative working relationship that remains focused on your priorities and what genuinely works for you. You will find me to be non-judgmental, caring, and genuinely interested in you. I have been in the mental health field since 1993 and have been licensed as a psychologist since 2004. I work with adolescents and adults. The depth and breadth of my experience helps me work well with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, personality issues that are interfering with important relationships, obsessive-compulsive disorder, control issues, recovery from trauma, self-esteem, and chronic health issues such as fibromyalgia, chronic pain, and gastrointestinal disorders. I also help clients increase their ability to deal with health issues such as chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, and sleep issues.
