I specialize in treating children and adults who have endured trauma/s in childhood. In addition, I have concentrated training processing issues associated with sexuality and gender identity across the ages. A considerable focus in my work has been treating women and couples challenged by problems with fertility. I am experienced in treating a variety of issues in children, teens, and adults. My therapeutic approach centers around the identified needs of the person in treatment, as well as the strengths they possess. I have 10 years of experience in behavioral health with individuals needing support through complex life problems (e.g. anxiety, depression, relational conflict, behavioral disorders, trauma, etc.). I recognize how difficulties in emotional health can impact all life areas and the ability to grow into the person one is meant to be. Ultimately, therapy is meant for finding love, happiness, peace, balance, and/or purpose where it has been difficult to find without guidance. It is my responsibility to support and empower my clients while holding them accountable to the goals they have set for themselves. Our environment is calm, kind, and non-judgmental.
