My specialty is Internal Family Systems in which I assist the client in going inside to locate injured parts that are interfering with their effectiveness in their lives. This is the most efficient modality I have seen in 50 years of practice. Most clients report significantly reduced reactivity. My practice focuses on the achievement of results that move the client in the direction they want their lives to grow. I have practiced a wide variety of therapies for over 50 years. I have a personal growth orientation and believe that forming a strong therapeutic alliance with the client(s)is more important than the choice of modality. I am creative and innovative in my approach. I support spiritual Growth. I have developed a videotape therapy approach that helps clients renegotiate the impact of negative self talk. I also have developed the Test of Emotional Balance based on the balance of emoton and structure in the client or couples.
