I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. After earning my degree from the University of Vermont I spent over two years working as a mental health and substance abuse clinician at a medication assisted treatment center in Burlington Vermont. While there I worked with individuals with co-occuring disorders that were seeking medication assisted treatment for Opioid-related disorders. I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with substance-related and addictive disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, chronic pain, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I spent a year working as an intern with individuals suffering from chronic pain. I co-lead pain management groups that focused on using mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals better cope with chronic pain. I also have experience in working with adults and adolescents with Developmental disabilities.
