Therapy is about making life changes. I welcome you into a compassionate and non-judgemental environment where you can explore the types of changes you want to make and set your own goals. I have witnessed amazing transitions in people and feel honored to be a part of their solving relational problems, processing complex family situations, healing after traumatic life events, and reducing fears that take over their daily thoughts and functioning. My ten years of experience has been working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families helping them successfully discover areas of strength, support and empowerment. I believe in a collaborative process and helping you recognize the support that is there for you that you may have not thought about before. I have experience with issues such as teen pregnancy, blended family issues and learning disabilities. I believe in your resiliency and ability to help yourself. I enjoy working with families and helping individuals discover the many choices they have when feeling stuck. As you gain insight and understand communication patterns in your families, it may add to your ability to think in the moment and gain more skills to respond thoughtfully and communicate effectively.
