Discovering your own personal strengths and happiness is part of this process. I have experience in community mental health, and inpatient/ outpatient care. My approach is to meet you where your at with an understanding of the whole picture. Some of my specialties include anxiety/mood disorders, trauma, addiction and life stage development. I have experience working with individuals, children and families. I am currently in the research phase towards my Ph.D, General Psychology focusing on the concept of resiliency supporting that each one of us have natural strengths which help us get through difficult times.
