In counseling, I can help you explore emotional reactions and behaviors so that you gain self-awareness. This is what will be your mechanism for change. I believe that the dynamic between a therapist and client plays a major role in counseling and it is my goal to continually provide an open and safe space to promote healing. I have experience helping adolescents and adults with issues related to personal growth, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma histories, self-harming behaviors and chronic mental health issues.
