When requested I provide "Hypnotherapy" to slip below the conscientious self-critic to expand soulful, self-awareness. I integrate Eco-therapy for clients interested in a natural environment. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I bring over 25 years in human relations experience within the Fortune 500 group. I work with clients experiencing stress; anxiety and/or depression; couples seeking quality communication and improved relationships; as well as children, adolescents and young adults with developmental needs.
