Are you looking for help with the emotional suffering from depression, anxiety and low-self esteem? Are you struggling with communication in general or within your relationships? I am passionate about helping your heal from loss, low self worth, depression and anxiety. I have been in the field for 15 years and have experience working with adults diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and Major Depression. I also have experience running depression and anxiety groups. I utilize Cognitive behavioral therapy as my primary therapy modality but also use motivational interviewing. I currently accept cash or check and am willing to review a sliding scale fee on a case by case basis.
