I believe disconnection from others and ourselves is often at the root of suffering. This disconnection is manifested in many ways; an inability to communicate effectively with our spouse, a creative block or unexpected loss spiraling into depression, or a traumatic experience that leaves afraid of the world around us. I also believe our darkest hours offer us a profound opportunity for transformation and connection to our authentic self. I would be honored to guide you in the process of discovering who you truly are and the limitless capacity you hold. I work with clients with a wide range of issues including: mental health concerns (depression/mood and anxiety disorders, eating concerns, sleep disorder etc.); relationship issues (communication, boundaries, deepening, dating); transitions (birth, death, job changes, marriage, divorce, retirement, etc.) stress; coaching (motivation, goal setting and achieving); self esteem; self exploration, trauma: (abuse, sexual, sports trauma ) Ask yourself how ready you are to have a happier, more meaningful and connected life.
