There is a time when everyone needs help in navigating their lives. I provide therapy to individuals, family, children and teens. I have an office in East Boca Raton. I utilize cognitive behavoral techneques as well as use motivational interviewing, client centered and REBT. I use play therapy with children. I work with children 8 and up. I have an education background and I can assist children in coping skills, better communication skills, in understanding there emotions and using there words. Children develop at there own speed but stress in the home or school can slow that down.
