I was truly drawn to my profession, and I have been a psychotherapist my entire adult life. I love working with individuals, couples and families. It is an honor to help them overcome fears and worries that block success and well-being and replace self-defeating patterns with life-enhancing behaviors. My greatest joy is watching couples and families communicate more effectively, understand each other better and grow closer. As a Master Therapist with many years of extensive experience, I am aware that the "medical model" for treating emotional and behavioral problems rarely works. Making "patients" out of people with complex problems is usually ineffective. Each person has unique talents and signature strengths to help overcome life's challenges. I am not content to just help you relieve some symptoms. I want to help you heal the emotional pain of the past in order to experience a new level of emotional freedom and attain sustainable happiness. I will help you flourish!
