Do you feel that you or your child could benefit from some additional support? Are you having difficulty in some area in life? I am a trained counselor with experience treating children, adolescents and families. My interests include depression, ADHD, divorce reaction, school related issues and relationship issues. I am committed to helping you identify and develop strengths which will guide you or your child to future successes. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents who are facing challenges and transitions during this developmental time. My approach is open, accepting, and non judgmental with the goal of providing a trusting atmosphere where an individual feels comfortable to talk, feel heard and find their own unique path. My approach encompasses a dynamic, relational mode which honors the individual's capacity and ability to find answers within.
