There are times when people feel stuck and want new ways to address their issues. You will have tools to use by the end of the first session and will have support in on-going change to reach your goals. I believe that a focus on your strengths and successes is the basis for future independent problem-solving. Because you are the focus of therapy, your feedback and responses are important in keeping us on the right track toward meeting your goals. I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Methods Couples Therapy in my work. I incorporate other methods and strategies in my therapy, also. I am also an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor offering primary and secondary supervision to licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Interns.
