When your feelings are "too deep for words," they may be more easily drawn or painted. Simply putting "marks on paper" can help you express and work through issues. Adults, kids and families have also found relief in finding magazine images. All ages love using Sandtray therapy. Or just talk! A psychotherapist and art therapist, I would love to help you through talk, art therapy, sandtray or play therapy.
