Picking up the phone to call for help is both a difficult and courageous act. Consequently, I honor the trust my clients place in me to help guide their paths toward a better situation. All people have resources and strengths they may have lost sight of during difficult times. With guidance, they can learn to use these strengths to help them overcome whatever obstacles burden them at this time. My goal is to find solutions to problems efficiently and quickly so my clients can feel relief and continue on their life journeys as soon as possible. In addition to being an LMFT, I am a retired School Psychologist having practiced in Connecticut for 39 years. Consequently, I know related school issues, including learning, behavioral and special education complications that often confuse families. I can help sort out school vs. family related issues, and help the family and/or student go forward.
