I work with teens & adults who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or anger. I also have experience in the field of substance abuse and have worked with those facing addiction, individuals in recovery, and their families and loved ones. I also enjoy working with couples. Together, we can work to increase your self-awareness and self-acceptance to initiate change that will better enable you to improve your quality of life. I believe it is imperative to treat you as an individual rather than a diagnosis. Instead of focusing on a label, I incorporate all of the elements that comprise who you are--your physical & mental health and social & spiritual concerns. My office is located in downtown Cumming and is convenient to the following areas: Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Dawsonville. For your convenience, I offer afternoon and evening appointments so that you will not have to take time away from school or work.
