The clients I work with appreciate a down-to-earth, compassionate and authentic that I bring to counseling. I am adept at helping individuals who are in either crisis or who wish to grow further personally and/or professionally by gaining understanding of their own internal process and behavioral patterns. My work aims to foster self-acceptance as the basis for personal change and growth. I work to partner with clients who want to be engaged in moving forward in live and believe in de-mystifying the experience of counseling. I work eclectically according to the needs of clients, helping them to develop their own inner resources. I consider family of origin issues when appropriate. My work involves engaging both sides of the brain (the left-verbal and right experiential)- which is essential for moving through trauma or emotional blocks. I offer both counseling which involves deeper emotional processing and coaching, which is more solution-focused and outcome specific; I have a corporate background in consulting and executive search with an expert understanding of dynamics in the work place and helping individuals navigate the complexities and challenges of their job.
