Do you find yourself stuck in behaviors or feelings that hold you back in relationships, work, and family. Perhaps in negative self talk that keeps you from moving forward or moods that won't let go. I enjoy helping people push past these barriers and move into places they didn't believe were possible. Although understanding the past can inform the future, it is also important to process the past and then move forward. I have over 25 years of training in many of the traditional therapies including CBT but also use a mindful based treatment focus. I have two office locations. One is in Cape Charles Virginia on the southern tip of the Eastern Shore. The other is in Nassawadox Virginia near the hospital and near the town of Exmore. Both offices are on the second floor of the building.
