I am here to listen and help. Having good night's sleep, a peaceful day or gaining a vision of where to go in life are all possible. My specialty is helping people gain independence and power in their life. Many of my clients focus on relationships, sex, anxiety and depression, personal growth, workplace issues. I would like to demystify and de-stigmatize mental health issues, and help people see it's actually fun, cool and beneficial to know your strengths and limitations.
