As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide counseling for children and adults, as well as, couples seeking relationship help. I am experienced in treating a variety of issues, such as, depression, anxiety, trauma, gender/sexual identity challenges, relationship conflicts and childhood conditions. I also have specialized training in play therapy, which is the most effective treatment when working with young children. Life's demands can leave us all feeling overwhelmed and out of control at times; however, the good news is that you don't have to struggle alone. Counseling provides a safe and comforting environment for working through these struggles in a healthy and constructive manner.
