I enjoy working with clients - female and male - who are in the midst of life transitions: career change, separation or divorce, aging issues, coping with chronic illness and dealing with all types of loss. None of us gets through life without facing most of these issues and it's what equalizes us...what helps us see the humanity in each other. I conceptualize therapy as a way to better understand ourselves and others, to identify barriers to our living more wholely and to grasp and accept the need for self-love. When this is done with a therapist with whom you have a connection and trust, so much is healed and accomplished.
