I am an Independent, Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Rhode Island, who provides flexible, consumer-oriented therapy that is built on acceptance and trust in a nonjudgemental environment. My therapeutic approach combines traditional psychotherapy with a practical, problem-solving approach that creates a dynamic and efficient path for change and problem resolution. I work with Individuals, Families, and Couples in an effort to help manage thoughts, emotions and behaviors through therapeutic dialogue to foster personal and relational growth.
