I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the Atlanta area. I work with adult individuals struggling with a variety of issues. These include anxiety, depression, self esteem/self worth, shame, identity, relationship concerns, boundaries, and life stage transitions. I see dating, pre-marital, and married couples. I am Prepare/Enrich Certified. Couples contact me in order to help them decide if they should move to the next stage when dating, to prepare for marriage when they are engaged, and to help them restore their marriages when in distress. The therapeutic relationship and trust built between client and therapist are essential foundations for the work I do. I work with my clients to help them make the changes they want in their lives. The training and expertise I bring to this process include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
