Bonnie Patrick,
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Lexington, Kentucky 40508

I believe it is important to the healing journey--whether for depression, anxiety or trauma--to give words to the story of our lives, to imagine new interpretations, and perhaps write new chapters. Challenging times can be an opportunity for transformation. Narrative Psychotherapy can be a means to explore how our story is unique and meaningful. I like to work with clients using guided imagery/hypnosis, yoga/mindfulness techniques and psychodynamic therapy. I have been trained in hypnotherapy by The Omega Institute. This work is beneficial for anyone who is experiencing anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma and phobias. I have in-depth experience with chemical dependency and co-dependency related issues. My office is located in a historical building in downtown Lexington. There is plenty of free parking and the office is very private. I want my clients to feel safe to explore their inner world and private thoughts.
