Whether you are looking for a brief therapy experience in which to resolve a recent struggle or in need of guidance to work through more long-standing issues, I can help. I am best known for my work with relationships, but also work with the resolution of past or present trauma, drug and alcohol dependence, depression, anxiety, and issues of self esteem. I take a holistic approach and understand how many factors can lead to a client's distress. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy which has a 78% success rate for 90% of all couples surveyed. See www.iceeft.com for more information. I am trained in Level 2 Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). My clients experience lasting change and success through these therapies. I continue to engage in ongoing state-of-the-art trainings to grow as a therapist and help you gain the insight needed for lasting change in the best way.
