My philosophy is to work in partnership with you to help you access the skills, resources & resilience you need to resolve real world problems as efficiently as possible. Specialties include EMDR Therapy to treat anxiety, headaches, fears, PTSD, addictions, chronic pain. Mindfulness & Cognitive Therapies for sleep disturbance, repetitive thoughts, depression. I specialize in working with those preferring to avoid medication where possible, and instead wish to consider a variety of options for facing life's challenges. Relationship Counseling for One or Two guided by the specific needs of the couple is available. Art Therapy is offered for older adolescents seeking a creative solution for healing. Personal & Spiritual Growth Counseling are offered in the Maryland location which is near Gathland State Park. Afternoon & Evening appointments are available. THE PRACTICE SCHEDULE IS FULL FOR OCTOBER; EXPECTED TO RE-OPEN TO NEW CLIENTS BY NOVEMBER 15. Therapy Dog "Peace" may be in the office to greet or assist, as needed.
