I am a recovery oriented therapist with 24 years of experience in working with persons with severe mental illness. I work with persons who have Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I bring hope and compassion to the people I provide services to. I use evidence based therapies to address the issues and concerns my clients bring to the therapy session. My skills are in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Clinical Assessment, and Crisis Intervention. I practice at Winds of Change in a recovery oriented environment. I believe everyone can get better, provide hope to each person, and assist persons on their path to wellness.
