To believe in yourself, trust your decisions and gain greater insight as you go through life's challenges: I would like to help you explore possible negative messages that have effected your sense of self I honor the courage it takes to be vulnerable to making changes. I view the therapeutic relationship as sacred, therefore, I provide a safe environment for you to share. My specialties include self esteem/self awareness, grief and loss, ptsd, inner child healing, anxieties, fears, decision making, personal boundaries, and dealing with life transitions. I tend to be eclectic,using a variety of therapeutic techniques which include EFT (emotional freedom technique) , guided imagery, inner healing, energy work, and challenging negative thoughts/beliefs that impact decisions; other tools as needed; I focus on what you need, your pace, as you move forward. My approach is gentle while direct and instinctual.
