I work with adolescents, college students, and adults and approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective. However, I also use mindfulness and cognitive based approaches depending on the individual's needs. Therapy involves working in a safe environment to develop greater awareness and insight in to one's relationships with oneself and others, one's identity, and one's purpose in life. I feel honored to work with individuals on these important life issues.
