Georgia Mountains Health now offers counseling for families, individuals, adolescents, and couples for todays world. Times have changed and so has family dynamics, expectations and pressures of society. I use a family centered, solution focused and a strength based therapeutic approach to create positive change and independence. I believe in self determination and that we all know what is best for us. That is why my treatment plan is client driven. I believe in change and assist the client in coming up with their own solutions on what is best for them and how to obtain the changes in their lives. I have spent most my professional career providing services in crisis situations and grim environments, so I always found ways to add laughter and fun to my delivery. Success for me is when my clients achieve their goals, but also enjoy the road getting there.
