Welcome to a refreshing change from the traditional models of therapy where the focus is NOT on the problem, but on building solutions. I practice the traditional models of therapy, as well as several strength-based models which place a greater emphasis on the individual and/or couple as also having their own inner resources to solve their problems. Together we will collaborate and co-construct resolutions. It takes courage to begin the journey of self-discovery but the rewards are worth it. I look forward to the journey together.
