Admitting that you need help can be a very difficult thing. Trying to get help can be even harder, so the fact that you are looking at this profile now means that you or a loved one are ready to take the next step towards receiving help and healing. Life can be so difficult at times and even seem hopeless. It can feel like you're lost in a dark wilderness. I want to partner with you to help find your way out of the darkness...one baby step at a time. I have worked with clients from ages 4-65 in all walks of life struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, low self-esteem, behavior problems, grief, abuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, and parenting issues. I provide Christian counseling upon request. In addition to regular talk therapy, I provide art therapy if you are willing to express yourself that way. I've seen healing come from art therapy that I don't believe would have happened in the talk therapy format. I love to see the connections that can be made.
