Help is a session away! I work quickly with adults to give you some take away tools to manage what you are going through. It is realistic for you to have a better understanding of how you experience your life and ways you can shift your experience to a more comfortable way of being. I offer several options for children and teens including play therapy and sand tray therapy. The play therapy helps children and their parents learn new ways to reduce childhood stressors and acting out behaviors. This process also results in more positive feelings between parents and their children. I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and utilize multiple approaches with children to determine the best intervention based on the child and family needs. Problems can arise from the way people think, feel, and experience everyday life and we will discover how that happens for you and what your options are for feeling better. I use skills training and provide resources and assessments that most people find very helpful. I have a play therapy room available for children's sessions and parent involvement. Very comfortable and confidential setting. Student discount plan available on request including college students.
