Counseling, much like life, is a journey waiting to be uncovered. In this journey, it is my ultimate goal, and of my client as well, that a true sense of inner peace is found. Throughout all walks life, I have encountered many struggles that become easier to manage one step at a time. Come as you are... whether its depression or anxiety, identity, sexuality, substance issues or more, I can help. My clinical skills paired with your willingness to take suggestions, is all that's needed, as we navigate through the waters that lead you to seek counseling. Eclectically, I have experience counseling a wide range of presenting concerns, for various ages and stages of life. I have specialized training in suicide prevention and addiction, including co-occurring disorders. My experience includes brief to long term counseling for adolescents and adults-- family, couple, and individual settings included.
